Business Process Reengineering

Wikipedia Definition: Business process reengineering (BPR) is a management approach aiming at improvements by means of elevating efficiency and effectiveness of the processes that exist within and across organizations. The key to BPR is for organizations to look at their business processes from a "clean slate" perspective and determine how they can best construct these processes to improve how they conduct business.

At White Wall Web this involves understanding your current "system" (be it paper, manual, IT or a combination of all) and following a process of (partially or fully):

  • Documenting the organizational systems requirements (in a User Requirements Specification or URS)
  • Defining and Designing an IT system (always web based at White Wall Web) to meet the defined requirements
  • Building the specified system via an IT construction project
  • Implementing the new system through:

    • Change Management
    • Transitioning Historical Data
    • Transitioning Code
    • Providing Training
    • Supporting the launch
