Internet Ad Sales connects advertisers who want to advertise online, with online advertising opportunities. When White Wall Web first met with Internet Ad Sales, they had already spent over a year working with another company to build a system that did not meet their needs. This led to a situation where Internet Ad Sales urgently required an appropriate system.

Process

White Wall Web used an Agile (SCRUM) approach for the project with Internet Ad Sales, where they prioritised the most pressing business objectives and focused only on delivering the items with highest business value in the first "Sprint."

Value

In just one month, White Wall Web delivered a fully operational system which met all of Internet Ad Sales' most pressing business requirements. The software is flexible and scalable to allow for future improvements and enhancements. In the future, Internet Sales Ads is able to work with White Wall Web to prioritise further business requirements, and to immediately action them when the time and budget is available.

Technology

The solution was built using Ruby on Rails and a MySQL database. The Intellectual Property is held by Internet Ad Sales.
